    Got a pair of earrings. When I got outside I looked at them again and changed my mind. After a bit of thought I went back in to ask if I could exchange for another pear. The girl at the desk snapped at me “you can’t exchange earrings”.It is understandable, but she didn’t need to be so rude about it. She never even lifted her head to look at me. Walked out feeling terrible. Will never go back. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
