  This place is Shocking! I initially got a quote from another Stefan salon for $45. All I needed was a fix up on my layers as it didn't look as I would have liked. I was quoted $50 to round it up. I asked what it included and was told: wash, cut and blow dry. I asked if they can also straighten my hair. They said it would cost an extra $20 (ridiculous). I rejected that offer and they said they will just do it complimentary. I returned 20 minutes later for my appointment.The girl I spoke with at first informed the senior stylist, that I would also need a hair straightening and then we had a short consultation, during which I both with words and hand gestures made very clear what technique I would like her to use to achieve the ideal expected result. And the next minute, she is cutting my hair. I am just wondering where did the washing part go? It was part of the deal as I was quoted? Never mind I was willing to let that pass. Then she cuts my hair not using the technique I asked her to use. Not creating smooth layering, It looked chopped, uneven and I had to ask her again and again to fix up sections. WORST of all she cut the right side top layer at least 5cm shorter and it looks totally different from the left side. As if I have a hole in there.Then she straightens my hair and DOES NOT use any heat protection!!!!!! Seriously I have never gone to a salon and not have the hairdresser apply heat protection! So in the end I was cheated out of part of the offer by not getting a wash and receiving a "complimentary" straightening without any heat protection. I also received a partially average cut and the other side of my head was totally messed up! I don't know why you do a consultation with customers if you do not plan to listen to them and why would you quote them a service but not provide all of it! It isn't complimentary if you cut out other parts of the service to provide it!!!!! Waste of money, time and hair! Not worth the 1 star either!

  Overpriced, overcrowded and completely disorganized. Double booked seats so sat someone in my seat whilst I was having my hair washed so no where to sit after. Waited 15 mins to have my hair washed, then waited another 40 mins for someone to blow dry my hair.
