    Went to collect my watch they'd taken four months to fix and it took them 20 minutes to serve me, despite there only being on other person in the store..

    Where is my watch? I took my watch there just to replace for a new battery on 16 Dec 2016, and I still haven't been able to get it back. I had been there once in Jan 2017 and they told me the parts was on its way. I have also called last week once and twice yesterday, but no one had called me back to give me an update. When I spoke to them last week, I clearly told them that I was going overseas, so I need to get it back this weekend. So I will have to follow up today again, hopefully they will at least speak to me.
