  I'm really glad I started coming to Xtend Barre Stones Corner - Shay and the team are great instructors. I really appreciate how they pay attention and give me tips during the class to correct the position of my body. I can really feel a difference after doing a few classes - and my neck and shoulders are not getting sore. My previous Barre studio did not give this level of service. Also, Shay and the team provide a really personal experience which is really nice. I don't feel like an anonymous body - I feel like they care about my health journey and how I'm going with the classes. I highly recommend!

  I've recently become a lifestyle member at Xtend Barre and am enjoying it very much. The people are all very welcoming and the classes varied Mondays Pilates Mat is a nice easy way to start your week and I can tell you that Circuit 7 will make you sweat. I've also done the Xtend Barre and Xtend Sweat. I try and mix it up which keeps me motivated.
  I would recommend to anyone wanting to try something a little different for their fitness.
